Mane Tong Sampah?

aku berlindung pd kalimah Allah yg sempurna, dr kejahatan apa2 yg diciptakan.

dgn nama Allah, yg dgn namaNya akan terhalanglah sgl sesuatu di bumi dan di langit, utk menimpakan bencana. dan Dia Maha Mendengar dan Maha Mengetahui.

MANE TONG SAMPAH? 

Kalau kat chemistry lab, ade tong sampah khas:

• ntuk chlorinated waste
• or ntuk non-chlorinated waste

kalau kat aseptic lab, ade byk tong sampah:

• for paper & plastics
• for syringe
• for needles only

kalau kat galway, each house ade tong sampah kitar semula:

• papers
• glass bottle
• aluminium, cans,

tp kalau kat train station, TIADA TONG SAMPAH!

Alkisah kat bumi UK yg sejuk ni, mknn asasi pemanas bdn pemanis mulut di kala dlm perjalanan adalah tak laen dan tak bukan choc bar or ape2 jenis choc yg halal lagi sedap dimakan. sbg seorang muslim yg perlu menjaga kebersihan, sy tercari2 tong sampah ntuk membuang pembungkus choc dan tisu yg tlh digunakan. puas usha sepanjang platform kat train station, tak nampak satu pon tong sampah kat ctu. bila diajukan kpd kwn2; MANE TONG SAMPAH? - jwpn yg sy trime simple but complicated.

TIADA TONG SAMPAH disediakan di train station sbg langkah keselamatan ntuk mengelakkn bom ditinggalkn di dlm tong sampah yg tertutup tanpa dpt dikesan oleh pihak berkuasa/cctv.

abes tu, ade je sampah sarap yg bertaburan yg ditinggalkn oleh pengguna2 train station yg kononnye civilised sgt tu. boley je nk litter or selit sampah kt celah tempat ddk tp sbnrnye nk letupkn satu bgnn dan smua ketapi kat ctu [ni gara2 watching crime mind.huhuhu].

then kwn sy reply, mmg le boley, tp kurang le sket possibility not to b suspicious n xleh le wat bom besar2.

oooo itu macam kah. ini negara mmg penakut sama bom tp sesuka ati je g bom negara org. ini negara mmg takut kpd kebencian muslim terhadapnya tp dgn rancaknya melancarkan perang saraf : sila benci muslim!

muslim dianggap terrorist dan sgt berkait rapat dgn bom. esp lelaki muslim yg berjanggut lebat dan memakai jubah. padahal santa claus diorang pon janggut sket punye lebat.

isu niqab dan hijab yg hangat dipersoalkn scr terbuka sjak October lps, akhirnya berakhir dgn pemberian mandat untuk melarang pelajar muslim dr mengenakan niqab semasa di sekolah.

see…effective learning? - tu bkn le alasan sebenar. mat saleh kat uk nih sbnrnye dah dirasuk oleh islamophobia. hati mereka diselimuti rasa takot dan prejudice terhadap muslim. kesian gak sbb kebanyakan mrk nih tak tau pon psl islam, psl hijab, inikan pulak psl jihad. errrr as a muslim ourselves, how much do we know bout our own deen? baek kita check balek diri senirik drpd ckp psl org laen kan.

umur dh 20 lebey, tp masih byk yg kita tatau psl islam. lawak btol, ari tu tgh dok bc quran translation, skali terjumpe point yg tak pernah prasan n tak prnh amik tau pon sblom ni. automatic mulut pon melopong OOOOOOOO sampaikn org yg ddk sblh pon pandang n tanye knape.hehehe.nmpk sgt tak abes bc maksud quran agi. walhal dh khatam bc quran byk kali. klo dlm usrah tak terkira le brp byk kali ckp "OOOOOOOOO" dan "mcm tu eh?" esp time blaja tafsir quran or seerah. tu le asyik tau feqah je. halal haram sah tak sah. padahal islam tu luas dan merangkumi smua. mane leh amek separuh2 je.

"Wahai org2 yg beriman, masuklah kamu ke dlm ketenangan islam scr keseluruhannya dan janganlah kamu turuti langkah2 syaitan.sesungguhnya syaitan itu musuh yg nyata bagimu." [Al Baqarah:208]

dh le ciput je yg kita tau psl islam. dr yg ciput tu, ciput je plak yg kita sanggup n nk amalkn. pastu ble ade org yg practising d religion more than we do, mule le suspicious n pkir mcm2. sdar tak sdar kita sendiri pon ade prejudice terhadap sesama muslim. mempersoalkn apekah niat dan tujuan muslim laen yg sungguh2 sangat nk jd muslim. igt lagi, dl sy dan kawan2 sanggup tak makan ntuk mengelak dr bertembung dgn seniors2 yg bertudung labuh.cuak ble mrk nk dkt dan berkenalan ngan kitorang,ajak g masjid solat jemaah sesama.ishh kakak2 nih nmpk mcm xtreme je.

mmg tak dinafikan, ade segelintir yg terlibat dlm ajaran sesat dsbgnya.tp kita takkan tau kebenarannya,klo kita tak berusaha mendekati kebenaran yg dibawa mereka nih ie kebenaran islam. mcm kisah nabi ibrahim mencari tuhan, dan juga kisah salman al farisi mencari agama. Allah dh plot spy mrk bertemu dgn sth yg tak btol dl, tp krn keazaman dan ketulusan hati mrk ntuk mencari kebenaran, Allah tunjukkn kebenaran kpd mrk. Sesungguhnya Allah tidak pernah mengsia2kan usaha hambaNya yg ikhlas.

jgnlah kita menjadi golongan yg bila diseru kpd kebaikan dan kebenaran, kita berpaling darinya sdgkn kita sedar kita bknlah baek mane pon.wallahu’alam.

POLAND & TRAIN

its 9.36am. i was sitting on d bench, waiting for 9.44 train to come. didnt want to waste a time, i put my pen to paper - wrote a hadith dat i was trying to memorised. its always been my habit, to look at other’s face when i couldnt recall the word dat i was searching for. n dis time, i stared at a nanny who was standing nearby. she looked back at me bt then carried on nagging her cute little grandson.i didnt put any attention to what her say…until my ears cought her talking bout me.

"look, she speaks other than english too. there’s a lot of people dat speak many languages," referring to my handwriting dat obviously didnt look like english.

i gave a warm smile to them, n afterward a short-friendly-conversation began.

" O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you may know one another. Verily, the most honourable of you with Allah is that who has At-Taqwa. Verily, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware." [Al Hujurat:12]

dat old lady migrated from poland 45years ago, her children still speak in polish fluently. but her grandson - half polish half english, doesnt want to learn n speak in polish. born in d uk, b fren wif britons n ve an english mum…he doesnt ve any proud to speak in polish.thus making his nanny sad + mad at him. ~conflict of identity~

she was impressed to know dat wut i wrote on my A4 paper is not my mother tounge but my third language - arabic. errr i wasnt proud to announce dat me-22years old muslimah-still can’t speak arabic. my arabic vocab is too poor and my grammar is like a roller coaster. wohhoho.

i always find dat arabic is too complicated n too hard to b learned. yet all those perawi hadith n muslim scientists like Imam Bukhari,Ibnu Sinna etc are non-arab. they learned arabic from scratch & n became hustler in ulum quran n hadith. 

all this while, i envy people dat ve d chance to learn arabic in school. but now i realise dat its not d matter of TAHU but d important thing is MAHU. alhamdulillah He put me in MAHU position when i am here, in d uk, in a country dat use english everyday. i’m not intended to learn arabic so i could speak arabic to my english friends. doesnt make sense at all. bt wut makes me very determined is d fact dat we-muslim should understand quran n hadith as these two are our main reference in lives…

yup OUR MAIN reference. just like medics refer to 1528pages-Kumar & Clark-Clinical Medicine, or 844pages-Rang & Dale-Pharmacology used by both medics n pharmacists. we read those thick chunky bulky books for the sake of understanding n mastering our fields, but we neglect the-not-so-thick-Quran dat will guide us throughout our lives. we originated from different countries, born to speak our own mother tounge, still…we never give up to comprehend those books written in english - wif d aid of dictionary,frens n lecturers. but we mutter and exclaim dat we cant understand Quran bcoz it is in Arabic - a very strange bizarre language.

" Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran in order that you may understand." [Yusuf:12]

see…..Allah ve reason y Quran is in Arabic. So we will definitely understand the guideline. Arabic is the most rich & the most beautiful language. All the syariat n explaination will only b well-said in Arabic.not in english,french,spanish,dutch,polish or malay! We keep saying arabic is difficult to learn, n Quran is too far to b completely understandable. but Allah is The Creator, All-Knowing and All-Aware.

"We have not send down the Quran unto you to cause you distress. But only as a reminder to those who fear Allah." [Taha:2-3]

we ve watching list on e-bay, we ve notes on d wall reminding us bout all the assignments for the week, we set up reminder in our hp for any task dat should b done…but we disregard the most important reminder…reminder from Allah, from His messenger - using excuses - we cant understand arabic, we dont ve quran translation,we dont ve time to learn blablabla. we put so much effort n time to searh for lyric of a japanese song dat we like so much, then we look for its meaning to feel d song, n we forward d song to our beloved frens so they could enjoy d song too. just compare our attitude and ask ourselves, y? r we now a generation dat abondon d Quran? only read Quran on friday nite, only use Quranic verses in d mosque, in religion class, but afte dat…sealed d Quran properly, not a slip from our mouths talking bout it. afraid of being labelled *poyo,*alim gile,*mcm ustazah lak.

" As long as The Quran is in the Muslims’ hearts, we can’t defeat the Muslim." 

dats d strategy. let d muslim read d Quran, but separate the Quran from their lives. let d muslim read without knowing d meaning, let d muslim read but wont practice it. n to b worse, when d muslim dont even read…

we should realise y we ve to understand Quran as Quran is for everyone, not just for syariah n usuluddin students. in order to understand n apply d quran in our lives, we ve to b willing to learn arabic. learn….its better late than never. after all, its d effort dat counted. not a PhD in arabic language.

dis is dikir barat lyric performed during KIBAR [Kursus Intensif Bahasa ARab] last summer. gathered students from various courses - engine,medics,maths,physics,bio,pharm,account,business,history etc. we were being taught from d basic, step by step in 2weeks time. subhanallah, it was so interesting n worthwhile, learning arabic using quran n hadith. hope to learn more in the future insyaAllah.
